So damn true.But at least ISRO manage to squeeze out the money from the Central Government( or shud i say corrupt politicians) before it was used to build a bungalow in Greater Noida or to purchase high profile spots in New Mumbai.Instead the money was used to build something which puts ISRO right up there with NASA and the chinese guys( i dont know wat the duck they call their space agency and i am pretty sure i cant even type the thing here).The budget : $88.6 million compared to the Chinese $170 million...You still wanna call us Cheap bastards?.Time to forget Rakesh Sharma(salutations) and to make room for the first indian on the moon.
