A group of around 15 terrorists aged between 20 and 25 , reach Mumbai from Karachi via motorised boats at around late night wednesday .As per the instructions from the upper echelons of Pakistan based Islamic extremist group , they were all set to do what they have been trained to do.Trained for months or maybe years...

Follow the plan.

Terminate anyone who objects their action .

Do not fear death.

They called themselves Fidayeen or the death-defying. 

It has been more than 43 hours since they landed in Mumbai ,..engaging in wat we call a killing spree ,..gunning down innocent civilians in Chatrapathi Sivaji Terminus ,Mumbai s central railway station,...attacking foreign tourists  in Cafe Leopold,Taj hotel , the Oberoi trident hotel and Nariman House which is the Mumbai headquarters of the ultra-orthodox Chabad- Lubavitch movement of Hasidic Jews. 

Lightning quick decisions are made in the Mumbai City Police and the Anti Terrorism Cell ,..thereby resulting in the deployment of scores of police and special forces across the affected regions.Hostage crisis in Taj and Oberoi as 100 s of foreign nationals and Indians are trapped inside the named hotels ,..some of them severly injured as the determined fidayeen extremists wreck havoc inside the multistoreyed five star hotels.

Before the matter go out of hand,..couple of calls are made from central ministry to the Indian army , and their elite commando division ,NSG(National Security Guards) .Around 200 NSG commandos are deployed to carry out the most daunting task they have ever undertaken.

National Security Guards (NSG) is a Special Response Unit in India that has primarily been utilised for counter-terrorism activities and was created by the Cabinet Secretariat under the National Security Guard Act of the Parliament in 1985. The NSG operates under the oversight of the Ministry of Home Affairs and is headed by the Director General of the Indian Police Service (IPS).

[As i finished typing this.TIMES NOW reports the end of the encounter in Nariman House where couple of jewish inhabitants where held hostage by the terrorists.NSG does it again!.No official news still regarding the condition of the hostages inside.]

Within 24 hours of their deployment NSG clears the Oberoi hotel and most of the hostages inside  are guided to safety.They execute a plan what most special task forces call,..move and clear.With cover fire provided by the snipers and the indian army ,..they move in and complete their mission with pin point precision.

Backup and reinforcement compels New Delhi to summon the most feared and highly trained squad of the Indian Navy.There are referred to as 'Dadiwali Fauj'(Bearded Army) they are the only non-Sikh personnel allowed to grow beards, 'Jal Murgi' (Water Hens) for the speed in which they carry out assault from the water and 'Magarmachh' (Crocodiles) for their amphibious capability. They are called MarCos or Marine Commandos-an elite covert unit of the Indian Navy.Any additional info regarding the 2000 members of MarCos is classified top secret by the Indian Goverment.

[NSG commandos secure Nariman House building by blowing open the outer wall of the fourth floor.No its not over.One Floor still to be cleared. ]

NSG with the help of Marine commandos from the Indian Navy continues their operation in Taj hotel.As per the various news channels and their varying news reports ,all the hostages/guests trapped inside the hotel are rescued.But still the operations continues in the first floor of the taj building as the NSGs use their mp5 machine guns to flush out terrorists(if any) hiding inside.
